Account limitation despite the documents sent

Hello, I have a problem with my account. My account has got a limitation. After sending all the documents (which were accepted successfully) and waiting 180 days, I was informed that I must send the documents again using this link: http://www.paypal.com/il/uploaddoc. When I click send files » it takes me to the main paypal page and I can’t see my documents being sent anywhere. I tried to do it several times but it didn’t help. How can I finally remove my account limitation? »
