Accepting Payment

Good morning I have just sold some items and they have been paid for but it has come up on the app as ‘payment initiated’. As a newbie I googled this and noticed that they payment had gone to an old address (!!). I changed the email address on paypal and thought that would correct it but no. I contacted the buyers and one has said I need to accept the payment. Can someone help please or tell me how to do this. I’ve gone through everything but feel I am missing something.
