Having Issue In Setting up Paypal Payment Integration System on my Website

Hii Members,
I am having one E commerce type of website on which i have an account you can check – www.quizcurry.com
In this website i want to promote online products for that i need to integrate the pay pal payment system. It has been very long time i have been trying to get the Paypal account approval in India but while attaching the bank account its not accepting and showing the error saying contact to your bank account.
I have contacted the bank and they said from their side everything is perfect and advised me to contact Paypal.
Here anyone can guide me how can i fix this and get approval from Paypal.
