Refund amount

Hi Sir/Madam, Hope you are doing good, I’m really disappointed with the service of PayPal regarding refund amount. As it’s been 4 months and I’m not getting my payment rather in my debit card nor in my PayPal account. I have all the references email for your information. And as per your agent suggested to go to my card issuer with the given reference number to locate the money. But still I’m not able to locate my money at all. I will really appreciate your help in this matter. I’m further looking to use PayPal but this kind of service scares me. That’s not even a small amount for me. It’s $601.000. The payment refunded was on 10th april 2019 with the amount of $601.000 to the card ending with .. but there is no money I got it till yet: Please take this matter seriously.
