ANYONE ELSE GETTING RIPPED OFF

Description

I have sent 200 dollars to myself at my old email address on July 20,2020. I then could not access the email address and the phone number for the PayPal account attached to it was no longer accessable. So I requested a refund, I was told to provide the last 4 digits to the debit card that was used to set up my old account and I did, as a matter of fact the Wells Fargo Debit Card used to set up the account is . I provided what was requested by PayPal in order to receive a refund from an account that I no longer have access to. I provided the information and basically have been given the run around by several employees. I can no longer access to my old account which is an old email address used for my business Cancer Warriors, and I no longer have access to the phone number attached to the account either. The 200 was mistakenly sent to that email address. I have fulfilled the request by PayPal and have provided you the entire debit card number attached to the account, not just the last 4 digits. Please issue me my refund asap. I have no access to the email or the PayPal account that is attached to it. My PayPal card number is . I had to set up a new email address so I could active this card. Please refund my 200 to my PayPal card. This has been a nightmare, as I am a cancer patient and need that money for medications. As you’ll see in messages, I was disconnected by each employee and another one would join in ignorant of the situation at hand. I need my refund, I am a member of the associate press and would hate to bring to light the way your employees treat and exploit disabled people. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has been getting ripped off by PayPal. Please just credit my PayPal card that I provided.regardsB.Shelly
