Has anyone recently had any issues with payments being taken multiple times? Today my customer notified me that she had 3 payments taken out – $56, $45 and $11. The $56 was the original, correct transaction and I as the seller received this, however then PayPal proceeded to make another 2 seperate transactions of $45 and $11 (which were the individual prices of the 2 items) but I haven’t received it at all so hence can’t refund her. Hopefully it’s just a glitch and she gets refunded! Please help!
