Hi I queried today why packlink are taking £2.50 from my account but the resolution centre have given no explanation other than it is an authorised payment. I’ve only ever used packlink three times to send coats. There were no problems that I know of and I have receipts and details of the items being sent and arriving so I am at a loss as to why this money is being taken?
