I got an email from PayPal saying that I needed to send them a photo of a Vanilla Visa Gift card before they released the funds to me. I was selling a purse and the buyer wants a gift card included…however I’ve never had this happen and it screams scam to me. She wants it to be a surprise for her niece. I don’t have the money to even purchase the gift card without the funds. If need be I can copy and paste what it says.
