Walmart double dips

Description

On the 20th of April I made 5 purchases on Walmart marketplace totaling $214, Walmart authorized my pre-paid VISA for $214. On the 22nd of April I started noticing my bank account was slowly being emptied. Each one of the marketplace purchases was charging my Paypal for each individual order. I had no funds left on my secured Visa so it took the funds from my bank. 2 of the transaction went NSF and I was charged by my bank $35 each. I’ve called and written walmart 23 times and they won’t release that $214 authorization, they say PayPal must release it. I try to start a resolution and paypal says no can do read your users agreement. I’ve called paypal many times and used the chat, after holding the 888-221 number just sats covid bla bla call center closed. I’m out $418 cash for a $214 purchase. I can’t afford this, I lost my job and money is very tight.
