Hi, I have been receiving payments from Paypal through Citi Bank but the Advice not copy provided (on payment of fees) is not matching with the USD amount remitted. Citi Bank said the USD amount mentioned in the advice is as per details provided by PayPal. However, if there is any concern regarding the USD amount, we would request you to kindly liaise with PayPal directly. Can anyone explain ? Tried raising this with paypal couple of times but no response received.
