Hello Paypal Community!
I just one quick question to ask you all; I have been trying to update my bank account info into my Paypal account. However, it keeps saying, « we can not proceed with your request at the moment. Try it again ».
When I inputted my bank account information for the first time, it said, » We send you 2 transactions to your given bank account; please check within 2-4 days ». I did not get any transaction from Paypal, and now I can’t update my bank information on my account at the moment.
Do i call Paypal customer service about this issue?
