I returned Items to a company and they issued me a gift card I told the company that I wanted my PayPal account refunded, which after unrelenting persistence by me I did finally get, in 72 hours. I was told by the company that the gift card was easier due to the covid thing. Told them over and over that no where in the return policy it said that . Finally today I was told they will be issuing refund within 72 hours. My beef with PayPal is that you can’t just text or email a human your actual problem. As your typing you have to choose from titles or categories that don’t fit your problem. I was a true advocate and believer in PayPal but now not so much. I really hate that its so hard to speak with a human directly via message or phone. Even now before I can post this I have to pick a category and then a board before I can submit.
