Unauthorized access and transaction

I have Unauthorized payment for company Omnyex Ecommerce DMCC. Interesting is that: a lot pay pal customer try to inform pay pal about Unauthorized payments for this company but didn’t got any reaction. I inform about payment Resolution center and what, my case closed. Try to call for pay pal, but nothing like F***f it’s your payment and your problem. I inform my bank about illegal transaction at my pay pal account an about this situation. We suspend all pay pal access for my bank account. Guys what a hell it is? Pay pal didn’t try investigate a lot claims about virus or whatever is it. I try write for that company Omnyex Ecommerce DMCC for clients support but of-course didn’t got any answers. For my very interesting what I have bought and when I can get this parcels or what is it. If I’m buyer where is this things. I didn’t got nothing but anyway pay pal try to say we protect buyers. But if something have access for your account and bought any things its your problem… I’m programmer, I know how working hackers when need get access for your bank account or pay pal, a lot programs can imitate IP address. You can bay information about user at black market where you get email address and password, bank account information, telephone number and maybe pay pal access. And of course how I can say its not my purchase… For my It’s only £50 but for pay pal it’s lost reputation, my and all my friends who today close accounts in pay pal lost trust. Tomorrow I and my Bank consultant will be ready claim for Financial Ombudsman Service. Hopefully is helps not only for my but and for hundred of people who have this problem with pay pal. Shame…
