Hi, Basically I’ve had someone send £50 from my account without my permission, paypal have said it’s not unauthorised. Which it quite clearly is, I did not give permission for it to be sent, just because they were in my account does not make it authorised. Am I going to have to do a chargeback with my bank, or is there a way to reopen the resolution centre ticket and get paypal to actually do their job?
