Someone Chargebacked a Friends and family payment

Hello, I sold something online to two of my friends with friends and family and they ended up charge backing and they claimed it was unauthorized » I have all the proof that says otherwise. My Paypal balance is -£90 because of this and I am extremely frustrated. Is there a way for PayPal to really confirm this was unauthorized or not or will they just give the money back? Because now if they get a refund for whatever reason then I am unable to get back what I sold to them as it is digital. I’ve tried to reach the people however they’ve both blocked me on every social media and I no longer have contact with them. These payments where sent to me via friends and family FROM their BALANCE. »
