Shipping issue

Description

Hi, I’m brand new at this and this morning attempted to print my first shipping label for my first sale. Everything on the page appears to be completed correctly, but when I hit Calculate Shipping I see this error message in a red box at the top of the page:
« ! Sorry, we’re unable to process your request right now. Please try again later. »
In addition, the Confirm and Pay button is grayed out.
I checked PayPal’s status center to ensure the system wasn’t down and all appears to be up and running. Can anyone help?
