I made a purchase on 7/22/2020 via Paypal it was deducted from my account and shows completed on my end. The seller says the funds are on hold. I contacted Paypal informed them that on my end I have done everything. they suggested i go to activity and click receipt item. That is the problem I cannot receive the item and the seller will not ship my merchandise and they have my coins.
