My wife purchased an item using paypal to provide payment to the vendor. The vendor sent a shipping number that was dated BEFORE her order was ever placed. The item was never received (duh). A dispute was started with paypal, but since the vendor provided a shipping number (fraudulent one though), they closed the dispute in the vendor’s favor. This isn’t right! How do I reach someone who can actually do something about this? Is this how paypal wants their business to work?
