Refunded Item Still Shows Up in eBay

Description

I have an item that was purchased and subsequently lost in the mail. The seller fully and properly refunded my money, but the problem is that the item still shows up on my ebay ACTIVITY SUMMARY screen, in the ORDERS section because ebay seems to think that it hasn’t been paid for, and therefore basically says that it’s a paypal problem. Because of this, the normal HIDE option doesn’t exist, so I’m constantly bugged by seeing this purchase, that has long since been dealt with. How can I get this stupid transaction to be hidden?
