Refund problem

Description

I’m so frustrated and angry by my issue. Basically my ebay purchase was made on 14th June within ten min seller had cancelled due to having sold out of the item. I waited over 9 days for this refund to be issued. I then receive an email from PayPal informing me that my refund had been issued. Only to then find ebay had sent my refund to my ebay email address which is not associated with any paypal account to do with me and not the PayPal I have linked to Ebay or that I made the purchase from. So I get in touch with ebay. who then 4 days later send apologetic email for the delay and that the refund has been issued to the right account. Which was not the case, exactly the same mistake had again been made. Ebay however say its PayPal who are now who have my funds. So nearly everyday I have contacted PayPal to simply ask for my refund to be sent to my right email address. I have uploaded screenshots of paypals emailconfirming refund from Ebay to wrong paypal, evidence that Ebay have awarded refund to me and the purchase details from my correct account. Only to each and every time be sent the same reply that they are waiting for seller to reply so they can review the case and that no refund has been sent or awarded and that once the case has been reviewed they will inform me with a decision This has gone on nearly every day for 3 weeks. Surely a matter so simple should have been dealt with near enough immediately. Theyve now opened a claim now dispute even though this matter was never anythn but simple refund to me. And have more than enough confirmation of this with the evidence I’ve uploaded. It’s nearly 150 pond so you can see my frustration and anger.
