Hi, I’m trying to refund an eBay customer as due to Covid I can post the item as there are restrictions on postal locations. PayPal won’t process the refund. It just says unable to process try adding funds to my account, I have plenty of money in my account and the original transaction is there just needs to be refunded. Please help the customer is getting very angry and I can’t seem to get a human at PayPal and the message service is no help at all!
