Refund Issues

Description

So I had a sibling buy a lot of things in total that I could not afford on xbox. I was able to get my refund request accepted but my account was in the negatives from the charges overall. I received part of my refund which took me out of the negative and into the positive but then within a couple hours after receiving the money I was charged again for some of the purchases I got a refund on and they told me its because the refund for those charges have not come in yet. Its been a few days since those last refunds were « received » but they never entered my bank account or paypal account. What am I suppose to do to get my money back? Every time I contact paypal they just tell me to wait a couple days but nothing has happened and its been almost a week now.
