Just wanted to know what the purpose of this community is. I have not seen PayPal reaching out to help people. Just all of us together having issues with how PayPal is handling transactions and going around in more circles with no resolve or recourse of those issues. Contacting PayPal is a joke never knowing if they received a message or if they even comprehend what you are trying to explain. Are they from China too?
