Hello All, I tried paying for car insurance using my PayPal business account card and the payment was declined. The money has been taken from my account and is displayed as pending + temporary hold. I rang the insurance company and they told me the payment hadn’t gone through. Will paypal automatically return the amount to my balance after a few days or will I need to call in? I appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you, Bob
