Hi all,
I went to buy something online using PayPal credit and the payment is « pending » but has been for a week now. The entry says its waiting on vendor to process transaction but the vendor says that they can’t ship the goods until payment is made.
I asked Paypal and haven’t received a response and can’t report a problem through the resolution centre. Has anyone experienced this?
