Pending payment

Description

So last week I purchased something from my good friend and he mailed the package with priority shipping and I got it within three days. He payed through gift. It has been over a week since I have sent the payment and it still says pending. My account is new and I understand every new transaction gets reviewed but it been over a week and the transaction went well. Also, pay pal never gave him the option to enter tracking or any shipping information to confirm it. He obviously just wants his money. Hopefully you guys on here can help and let me know how I can resolve this situation.
