Does anybody else have this problem? In going over my statements I see that a lot of refunds have not been deposited back into my bank account. I have spent countless hours with PayPal chat and on the phone explaining the situation. They tell me to contact my bank. My bank statements show some but not all refunds deposited. PayPal is not turning over the money to my account. I don’t know what to do. By the way the amounts are in the 100’s.
