Description

I was scammed by a fraudulent website and now paypal that is supposed to protect its users is denying refund because the seller submitted a tracking number through paypal. I clearly stated that the seller shipped a 7.4 lb package to an unknown address simply to get the funds released from paypal but my 29 lb package was never delivered to me and now paypal is pretending that they dont know that this happens so they can deny me a refund. And if course there is no customer support to speak with. So basically paypal is aiding this theft from its customers. Ironically this is the first time Ive had a tracking number added through paypal and the first time Ive ever had money stolen online. Fraud tracking disputes
