Paypal Credit Website Interactions NEVER work

Hi All,
I’m at my wits end with Paypal credit and have filled 2 FTC claims. When Synchrony called after I filed the claims, they said their hands were tied and there was no way I could pay my balance directly to them, that I HAD to go through PayPal. They can’t help with anything. What kind of business partnership is that?
I haven’t been able to add a bank account to my account for months (see attached, it always says try again without any explanation whatsoever)
This has been going on for months and their customer service is non-existent. I can’t even open a technical inquiry because shocking – it says try again later). Facebook, IG, Twitter – I’ve tried all forms of communication and nothing. Their little bots will « clear your cookies » you to DEATH.
If you’re charging me late fees, when I’ve paid via phone because your website is nonfunctioning, isn’t that fraud? Considering suing for negligence, as they’re offering an unsustainable service and I’m being charged late fees because of it? How does that make sense?
