Hello, I had negative balance in my PayPal account due to the situation when Paypal tried to debit my account but there was insufficient cash. I received an email asking to cover the balance. I made a payment to the account indicated. However now I see that the same day PayPal also debited my account again and now it’s debited twice for this amount. How do I get my money back?
