Paypal asks me to return a broken item to China to get full reimbursement

Hi, I have been trying to reach Customer support regarding an issue I have with an item I received not functioning, but no answer… After filing a claim in the resolution center, the seller agreed on full reimbursement upon me sending back the item, to China. I am not happy with my case resolution given that: 1/ the item is good for trash not mailing 2/ sending this package back to China will cost me half of the item value, and it is good for trash. 3/ I don’t have access to a return label and the address is like 30 Chinese characters long, I don’t feel like learning to write Chinese at the moment… Now the resolution center is just waiting for me to put in the tracking info of the returned package but I don’t want to do that… I’d rather have to get full reimbursement minus $15 than sending a broken item to China. What would be a good solution ?
