Payment sent – Pending

Description

Hi all! Basically as it saids on the title. I made a payment almost two weeks ago and it still says pending. The receiver is waiting for this to send me a shipment from Argentina to China. I already pay using this PayPal account with the only card i have associated to it and every time with no problem . But i can’t seem to figure it out this problem. Today in the morning i receive a email from paypal telling me “details about your shipment …. transaction id etc “ . When i sent the payment weeks ago i didn’t receive any of this info. Paypal costumer support don’t answer me . Please help Thanks Pedro
