I sold an item to a lady in Jhb. She received it in good order. She is purchasing another one from me next week. PayPal sent me an email yesterday to say they are going to pay both together to me when they receive the second parcel. I have email PayPal to say unacceptable.. I would like payment upfront for the first parcel before I send second parcel but paypal are not answering my emails and have not paid me for 24 hours… it’s a lot of money and it’s for my 15 year old. How do I get them to honour the agreement.
