I sent my item. the item was received by the buyer. But paypal is still holding my payment. The tracking number doesn’t work because he received 6 days before.i Start my Paypal account 6 days after it was received. Then I get an email saying the money will be sent back to the buyer if I don’t take the money by the 14th. When I call you guys never pick up the phone. this is ridiculous. Terrible service. I need to speak to someone asap.
