Payment I was making classified as unusual activity

Hey,
I am Christmas shopping and I just tried to pay with Paypal 4. I went through the motions, was approved and then I got an error on check out. I refreshed the page and went through the approval process, was approved and then it errored out again….I assumed my cookies just needed to be cleaned out. So, I cleaned my computer, came back and tried to check out. Now, I no longer have the availability to use the 4 payments due to unusual activity…However, I have 2 pending transactions for the 1st installment on my account.
