I have query that I received order from USA and buyer transferred payment through Paypal in my account i.e Shailendra Kumar Bihani but due to some reasons I have to ship this parcel with invoice in name of third party. My query is whether payment can be released through paypal with tracking no slip in name of third party or there will be any issue. Please help me out for this matter.
