OMG! What is going on? amazon

Description

I had an order that needed to ship so I purchased the label through Amazon buy shipping and printed it. But it is still showing that exact same order as needing to be shipped! I tried closing the browsers, clearing history, etc. but it still says it needs to be shipped. I checked my phone app to see if it is some sort of computer glitch, but it shows it needs to be shipped there as well. Does anyone know what is going on?

If I enter the tracking number and mark it as shipped will it still realize that I purchased shipping via Amazon?
