Hello, I need to contact Paypal regarding confidential information regarding my purchases, but I am not able to contact Paypal at all. When I open the « Message Center », write my message and send it, I am not able to scroll down to continue my conversation. Previously I was able to choose « No, I need more help » bellow the automated answers and send a message to a real person. Now it is not working. This is not a browser / computer problem, the problem occurs everywhere. Does someone know a solution?
