I linked my card and new to paypal. I received email from the person i need to pay. 1. I select the item for payment it don’t bring any linked cards up. 2.If I put my banking’s details in to pay, then Paypal rejects it instantly and dont link. All my card limited has been increased and the bank knows about the . Please help!!
