Need Help Singling Out Transactions to Print for taxes

HELP Please! For 7 full days I have been going back and forth with the MESSAGE CENTER who has absolutely NO idea what I need when they finally answer after 3 to 15 hours that is. For years I have had no problem singling out a particular transaction for year-end to print out for taxes. Website changed and now it’s nowhere to be found. Here is the issue. I have received dozens and dozens of donations from one particular donor. I need to single out THAT donor and download the deposits to print them out! It’s simple – or used to be. After this I’m going to have to leave Paypal, as a business person it’s like a dog chasing their own tail for a week – no serious business can afford to do that. Thanks people – appreciate ANY help you can give me because Paypal certainly is not!
