Need help as Paypay closed my dispute

I bought a tablet on ebay but the seller canceled my order and wont return my money. Ebay said this case closed no refund. PayPal also closed my case and said that You can’t lodge a case against this transaction. Because this is money you’ve received, you’ll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue.
