Hi, please I sent money to a relative in the States from the Philippines. He saw the money on Paypal, but it was pending, and now it is on hold. Please what do I do? The receiver (a family member) just opened a Paypal account, so he is new to all this. I sent it through family and friends, and I sent a little bit more than $200. I heard it’s because he has a new PayPal acc that’s why Paypal put the money on hold. So when will they release the payment I sent to him? Thank you for your response!
