I’m trying to find somebody who knows how to help me I have two cases that have been open and they keep extending the date out for a resolution the seller never sent me anything like a tracking number and I never got the items on two different cases first they said it’d be solved by May 10th then they told me May 15th now they tell me that May 18th I want my money back this is fraud not to mention they let a $14.99 charge go through that was an accidental tap of the screen!!! I can’t get through to a live agent to talk to anybody or a virtual one either can somebody help me?
