Hi All,
Little disappointed with the completely robotic response from Customer Services about this – back in June/July I referred someone who had never used PayPal before to sign up for an account then use it, which they did. The terms said we should have received £10 each by 31st July 2020. Having not received it, I contacted Customer Services who now said they’ve changed the payment date to 31st January 2021?!
It seems a nice little carrot to get more users but why lie like this?
