Hi Everyone!
I need help. Earlier today I received two messages from my bank stating that there was two successful purchase made from my PayPal account from a merchant. However, as I checked my PayPal account there was no purchase summary nor any recent activity stated but there was a notification of two pending payments.
This confuses me as I did not receive any confirmation email from the merchant regarding my « orders » that I did not purchase. This issue has led my to contact the merchant via Instagram DM and I was further alarmed when the merchant informed me that did not receive any order or payment from my side.
May I know if anyone has encountered this issue before?
