I reluctantly opened a PP account to purchase an item and the vendor wanted payment via PP. I only linked a CC to PP to have an dispute avenue as I DO NOT trust PP. I will never link my bank account to a criminal enterprise with a ONEWAY Term of Service » like PayPal. I DO NOT want a receive a fee laden Debit card from PP I would prefer to receive a check. «
