1. Paypal is charging Fees (4.4 % + fixed fee + 3% currency conversation) + 18% GST for all international payments that I receive through Paypal. Can I get a receipt from Paypal for this fee ? I need the receipt to show this Fee as an expense in my books.
2. Since my business is registered for GST then why Paypal is applying 18% GST. Can receive ITC for this GST that I paid to Paypal ?
