Doing some work for homeowner. We are using PP. 1st time I requested pay I asked for it as friends and family. Second time deciding to give him easier way to track invoice I did as service. How can he tell Pay Pal that he is satisfied so my money can be released. They do not respond to my msg and keep telling him money is in my account. Never giving him an option to ask them to release based on his satisfaction. Thx
