Hi i have some problems with my credit card

hi so one day i sold my games acc to my friend for some money he told me that he can send me the money via pp so i told him sure and so he wont be able to know my personal name (i have it in my main pp adress) i created a new pp account without my personal name in it and he gave me the money blah blah blah and i tried to link my credit card in it but i couldnt so i googled the problem and i removed the credit card from my main acc and i couldnt link it into my second acc because the credit card is linked to another acc » even though i removed the card from my main acc .. fast forward 1-2 days and i still have the same problem and when i tried to link my credit card back to my main acc i get this error  » Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions. » please help me «
