I’ve ordered a new computer from a company on ebay. paypal says that the two payments (one for the desktop, one for Win 10) have been completed successfully, and I made them while on the phone to the company’s customer service who confirmed the order after an ebay bug, but the bank account i used has no mention of the payments, not even as a Pending item. now i’ve never bought anything a) this expensive or b) from a business on ebay, so, is this a thing that happens? will the funds leave my bank after the vendor has progressed through the dispatch process, and any idea how long this would take?
